Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Spellsteel game and website at spellsteel.com (the "Service"), operated by the owner of Spellsteel, a sole proprietor based in Türkiye ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and make purchases. If you are a minor, you may only use the Service and make purchases with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and one account per person; accounts may not be sold, shared, or transferred.
Notify us at info@spellsteel.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Virtual Currency ("Gold")

Gold is a virtual, in-game currency used solely within Spellsteel (for example, to acquire cards). By purchasing or receiving Gold, you acknowledge and agree that:

Gold is a limited, revocable licence to use a feature of the Service — not your property.
Gold has no real-world monetary value, is not a bank deposit or e-money, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, refunded, or cashed out for real money.
Gold is consumable and non-transferable between accounts.
We may change Gold prices, package sizes, or in-game costs at any time. Unused Gold has no value upon account termination or discontinuation of the Service.

4. Purchases & Payments

Payments for Gold are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller for your purchase. Paddle handles the transaction, taxes, and receipts. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Gold is delivered to your account immediately after a successful payment.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Because Gold is a digital product delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate charges, non-delivery, or unauthorized transactions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation; interfere with or disrupt the Service; attempt to access other users' accounts; reverse engineer or resell any part of the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All game content, artwork, names, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for the operation, security, or discontinuation of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service and any unused Gold ends.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of Gold, data, or progress. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
