Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of in-game Gold in Spellsteel. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which also handles refunds on our behalf.

1. Digital goods delivered instantly

Gold is a digital, in-game virtual currency that is credited to your account immediately after payment. By completing a purchase, you request and consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once Gold has been delivered to your account, the purchase is generally non-refundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. When we will issue a refund

Notwithstanding the above, we (and Paddle) will review and, where appropriate, refund purchases in cases such as:

Duplicate charges — you were charged more than once for the same order.
Non-delivery — payment succeeded but Gold was not credited to your account due to a technical error.
Unauthorized transactions — a payment was made without the account holder's or card holder's authorization.
Any refund required by applicable consumer protection law.

3. What is not normally refundable

Gold that has already been spent or partially used in the game.
Change of mind after Gold has been delivered.
Loss of Gold or progress due to violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., account suspension for cheating).

4. How to request a refund

Use the link in your Paddle purchase receipt (emailed to you), or contact us at info@spellsteel.com with your order details (email used, approximate date, and amount). We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
