Account & Data Deletion

This page lets you delete your Spellsteel account (developed by
Digital Dash) and the data associated with it. A single Spellsteel account is shared
across all platforms (web, Steam, and mobile), so deleting it removes your data everywhere.
1. Delete your account now
Enter the email address and password for your Spellsteel account. This action is
permanent and cannot be undone.
Signed in with Steam, Google, or Apple and have no password? Email
info@spellsteel.com from your account address (include your
in-game username) and we will delete your account for you.
2. What data is deleted
When your deletion succeeds, we permanently remove:
- Your account and login identifiers (email address, and any linked Steam, Google, or Apple ID).
- Your profile and username.
- Your card collection, decks, and in-game progression (rank / rating, Gold balance, and season data).
- Your match history and gameplay statistics tied to your account.
3. What we keep, and for how long
- Payment and transaction records (order IDs, amounts, and dates) are retained by us
and/or our payment processors (Paddle, Steam, Google Play, Apple) to meet tax, accounting, and legal
obligations — for the period required by applicable law (typically up to 7 years for financial
records). These records are not used to re-identify you for gameplay.
- Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer identify you may be retained for
analytics and game-balance purposes.
4. Timeframe
Deletion through the form above is immediate. Requests sent by email are completed
within 30 days.
